hi yall

i am in need of some advice. but before i start with the questions, ill give you my info

height: 5'8

weight: 140lbs

metabolism: avg? not sure...i eat when hungry and try to exercise and ive been 140lbs (give or take a few lbs) for the past 3-4 yers

smoking history: i smoked a bowl or two every night for the past year and a half until 18 days ago (since then, i've been clean) and its usually high-grade ish

work out: used to work out 2-3x a week until 2 months ago when things got busy so really haven't hit the gym since then

testing: pre-employment for a big finance corporation

test date: I'll prob be tested anywhere from 5 - 10 days from today

now the questions...
1) are there any techniques that I should try so I can pass? (I've read about a lot of the techniques already on this great forum but don't know which one is best suited for me)
2) or is "subbing" the only solution for me?
3) what happens if you test positive (other than your employer finding out and you not getting the job)? do they pass on that info to anyone else?

your help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Do you know what kind of test you're taking? Sometimes the big financial companies give hair tests (from what I've read on the site). Research your company on the net and then try and do a search for which companies test for what (I think there's link somehwere on here on where to find that site but I've read all over this site and couldn't tell you where).

it's a urine test.

if you test positive for a pre-employment screening test, do you know what the reprecussions could be? other than not getting the job. could it ban you from ever applying there again? do other companies find out?

any advice would be helpful...

also the answer to my previous questions would be greatly appreciated...

if dilution might work for me? or am I definitely going to have to sub?

They cannot divulge that information to anyone else. It becomes part of your personnel file (the medical portion much the same as workers' compensation paperwork is confidential, so are drug tests.)

I think dilution will work very well for you. You probably will test dirty using your natural urine. Read the sticky and follow the method with sports drink, creatine, vitamin B-Comlex, etc. You should do very will with dilution being 3 weeks clean.

You have plenty of time to purchase a synthetic urine (Quick Fix 4.0 is highly recommended with a perfect record). Most non-government pre-employment drug tests are not observed so substitution is a viable option for you as well. With subbing, the worry part is over as soon as the specimen is accepted. If the temp is correct, the specimen will pass.

With dilution, you will worry about whether you passed from the day of the test until you hear from the employer up to 2 weeks later.

one last question though, when you say it becomes a part of my personel file, that's just a file with that specific company right? if i apply elsewhere, they would not know about this pass or failed drug test? just wanted to confirm.

Correct. Even with a DOT regulated job, where the new employer is required to inquire to the old employer for drug and alcohol testing records, the new employer still MUST get your written permission first.
