Doing well but relapsed

I haven't smoked since 4/23 before then i smoked pretty much everyday for 7 months. I tripped up last night and am hoping it will still clear outta my system by the 23rd of may. I am 5'11 168lbs and have lost almost 30 lbs since january after becoming vegetarian. I was 195. I took 3 hits off a bowl last night so I dont know if it will prolong my passing of thc?

Invest in some home tests. That way you can test yourself a day or two before your test and would know what to do.

Not eating red meat could pose a problem if you need to dilute. Pick up some creatine suppliment to keep on hand for just such a situation.

I have myoplex packets with 42 gs protein per package. is that sufficient. is there any home tests that have more than 1 test strip for 10 bucks. im broke i need a couple strips for cheap.
