I am 18, 5'9", i weight 150lbs, average metabolism, and i work out for about 45 minutes daily. I asked if there was any way to pass a urine pre-employment drug test on friday and the last time i smoked was fri/sat/sun but i was clean for 3 weeks before that. You and Sec3 suggested that i sub and that i practice the procedure. Well i have read all of the dillution stickys and the Substitution stickys and i have been practicing every day since tuesday. I practice by filling a small shampoo bottle with a sample, recording the temperature and then putting it in my crotch for an hour while wearing 2 pairs of whities. I have practiced this method about 5 times now and i cannot get the temp of the sub above 92 degrees. My question to you is: is 92 degrees warm enough and if not how should i make it warmer. Also should 2oz be enough for a sample and can the collector ask you for more? Also Should i just go ahead and Follow N2's dillution process just to be safe or is it useless/not needed?

i would greatly appreciate your input. Thank you again for all of your help so far i would definitely fail without you alot with the other members on this site.

One last thing. My donor took 2 hits off a blunt (regs) on 4/20 (29 days before the test) before that he was completely clean. He is 5'11" real skinny (fast metabolism) and weights 150 lbs, and is 17 years old. Do you think he is clean or should i try to find someone else.

First, Grillmeats is not a collector of urine. I don't know what he collects, but I'm pretty sure it isn't urine. I am the urine collector/tester.

Second, there are two things you need to buy:
Handwarmers. Get them in your local hardware or sporting goods store. Large department stores carry them as well (WalMart, KMart, etc.).
Home tests. Get them at your local drug store like Walgreens, CVS, Oscals, etc. You can also purchase them at WalMart or at a drug testing place. Look up "employer services" or "drug testing" in the yellow pages to find the one nearest your location.

The hand warmers should get the temp up to over 98 degrees which is optimal. 92 degrees is marginal. You probably will drop below 90 degrees just by pouring it into the cold collection cup from your shampoo bottle.

2 ounces is the most you should need. The collector will ask for more, but the most quantity you will need is 2 ounces. Use that maount: no more, no less.

Your donor should be fine, but that is where the instant home test you purchased at your local large chain drug store or WalMart comes in. Test it and see. I can't speculate. He could be clean, he could test positive. I just don't know.
