I believe Unions are a good thing. I was just busting on Hawg. I have worked jobs with IBEW electricians and had NO problems at all. We did the pwr.& ltg. and they did the comm. We helped each other on long wire pulls and if they needed material they got it from us and paid it back later and vice versa. We are all just trying to make a living. The prevailing wage we get is because of Union negotiations.

very true the government seems to be trying to bust the unions here. even bringing in migrant workers for some jobs. this whole thing seems to be about wages. if they cannot get enough workers here they bring in foreigners probably at a cheaper rate. face it, these days there is probably way more smokers than not. d and a is a good trap to keep the people away and get cheaper labor. it will be very interesting if pot becomes legalized here.
