I actually posted almost this same thread a couple days ago but, Im going to post it again because I recently took a home drug test and Im curious to know everyones opinion. Im 6'0" about 195 with a average metabolism. I haven't smoked in 32 days before which I smoked everyday. I just bought a home drug test called First Check Home Drug Test and I came up clean!

I am just wondering if anyone has any experience with this home test so I can see how accurate it is. I have to go for a pre-employment urine test tomorrow. I need to know if you all think it is neccessary for me to use some sort of wash out or something along those lines. Thanks a lot.

I think you're probably good to go, and you'd be even better if you kept yourself well hydrated tomorrow, though not necesssarily to the point of serious diluting. It would have been nice if you were able to pass with the first urine of the day. If you passed this home test with a more mid-day urine, that's fine too, just remember to stay hydrated. I would recommend 8-12 oz/hour of fluid from when you get up tomorrow. That's not a lot but will maintain a steady urine volume and flow.

As long as you tested using the first pee of the day (morning), and you came up negative, you can assume that you have a 98-99% accuracy rate with the home tests. If you doubt the results or want confirmation, purchase a different brand from a different store and test again.

I wouldn't try to "wash out" your body or anything. If you feel you must do something, read the dilution sticky and find out the limits first.
