| Hello, I read your earlier post from two years ago that said gender doesn't matter, but as it is 2006 now, i would like to get a double check and assurance on that.....I had to take a 10 panel nondot test today, and I had a female sub it for me, now last time u said this doesn't matter because that its outside the regulations to test for gender as this requires a different test....is this still currently true, or can they tell now...your immediate help would be greatly appreciated and definitely relieve me of some serious stress...thanks |

| Drug testing devices have no ability to determine what gender the sample came from. Only a genetic test can make that determination. Such tests are not only expensive and complicated in the process, but labs (at least in the US) are prohibited from performing any genetic tests unless permission was granted by the donor on an entirely seperate and explicit consent form. With that being said, as long as your female associate was indeed drug-free, you have nothing to worry about. ![]() |
