If your using the dilution method and are worried about coloring, you can alternate the Vitamin b2 complex with bladder infection pain relievers instead, plus these pills are a lot easier to find. (AZO is probably the most common brand name) they will make your pee bright yellow/orange so I suggest cutting one pill in half, or even quarters. (I'm expirimenting on myself to see if .5 or .25 of a pill is best...i'll let you know..)

Vitamins are one thing, but I don't recommend taking any medication, even over-the-counter medication for anything other than what it was intended.

As a female with tons of bladder infections, I have LOTS of experiece with these pills. They're harmless, I used to eat them like M&M's and I was always fine...especially if you only take half the pill. I believe the main ingredient (pretty sure) is vitamin b anyway. Taking 4 asprins every couple of hours is way more to worry about anyway.

You do make a valid point about the aspirin, but I still don't recommend your method. You only have 2 kidneys and only 1 urinary tract. Overusing medication is never a good thing. Besides, I don't think that this medication is only for pain relief. I believe it is a kind of antibiotic to fight the infection. Someone please correct me if I am incorrect, but I know you don't want to over use antibiotics.

Its definitely not an antibiotic of any sort, these are merely pain relievers that are usually prescribed (or you can just buy them OTC) to go along with antibiotics to help the discomfort go away faster.
Basically, like Midol is for period cramps, these are for bladder pain and are quite harmless.
Like any medicine, I wouldn't recommend nearly overdosing on them, but taking one, or even half of one won't hurt anyone.


..but hey, its only a suggestion.

Azo would be fine to take as a replacement. Not an antibiotic just changes ph of the vag, much like drinking cranberry juice would do.

I think AZO has been confirmed as a myth, on making you pass a test. But did not know about the color issue.

Yeah, def myth as far as passing the test, but for color... anything is possible. The ph is supposed to affect the kidney's nephron and the ability to secrete THC acid/metabolite. Who cares, as long as you dilute.
