Default Cap-m-quick machine & Salt
Quick question:

Instead of adding salt to gatorade or eating rolaids, would gelcapping plain old SALT in a cap-m-quick machine work just as well? It seems as though it should be an even easier route than drinking the shit plain out. And plus, you could take as much as you wanted.

But would this upset your stomach?

You don't really need that much salt. only a teaspoon per 32 oz gatorade bottle would be plenty.
