Hey All,
From What I've Read, Every Testing Circumstance Is Different. In My Case I've Been Clean For 6 Weeks Before Taking My Pre-employment 5 Panel/ Thc50 Urine Test On 5/23. I Did'nt Know If I'd Be For Surely Clean So I Took A Vale Detox Drink For Back Up And Routinely Flushed My System With Water And Walked 30min A Day Up Until Test Time. Anyone Think I'll Pass?. I Neeeeeed This Job I Applied For, And Have'nt Heard Nothin' Yet. Should I Call And Check Status Or Just Chill? I'm Trying To But The Not Knowing Is Driving Me Nutz. If I Call I Dont Want To Look Stupid When They Possibly Tell Me My Test Could Be Positive For Marijuana. Any Ideas?

6 weeks is plenty of time. I wouldn't worry if I were in your shoes and since I just kick so much ass, you shouldn't either! Note, capitolizing the first letter in every single word is such an eye strain and not prop...wait, who cares!

It could take the employer a while to call you. Tomorrow is Friday. Wait until about 2:00 then call the employer and ask what day they want you to start, where and whom do you report for your first day, when is orientation, etc, etc. What you want the HR dept to do is commit to a start date. You don't mention anything about a drug test to the employer. The employer is assuming that: You know you are clean and are unconcerned about a drug test because in your mind you know you will pass.

What you ARE concerned about is a start date. With the holiday weekend coming up, it's the perfect time to call.
