Hey yall I've been reading up, but I've got doctors office syndrome- everythings blurring together to make me paranoid. **all those scientific terms...**

I have a whiz quiz next thursday or friday for my PO, the first I've ever taken and I'm terrified! The last time I smoked was the 21 (sunday) and it was before I knew- so don't think I'm some stupid stoner... just one who got surprised. I took an at home kit and failed it last night so now I'm freaking out. I bought this Sonne's 7 detoxer and some niacin and a b vitamin complex. Do yall have any other advice for me? I've been drinking gatorade all day and I've stopped drinking sodas. I dont think I have a very high metabolism, and I'm not sure it would be a good idea to exercise?? Also should I be eating any specific diet?

Drinking all that water and such right now really won't do you much good. Especially considering the test isn't until thursday. You said that this is your FIRST UA test for PO, so chances are it won't be an incriminating test. It will most likely be used as a baseline test. They will partially expect you to be dirty and once they have the results, they will set a baseline and each subsequent test should be lower and lower. But just to be sure, read the dillution sticky and then read it again. Then print it, put a copy in the bathroom and read it some more. Might want to tattoo a few cliffs notes somewhere on your body as well!

That is sort of what I figured. You posted the LAST time you smoked. You didn't post whether you were a daily user or did you only indulge once per month? The history of the past 3 months or so is very important in determining whether a person has had enough time since they last smoked to be able to effectively do the dilution method. Still, You will have had about 10-12 days clean (depending on the date of the test). That should be enough time even it you were a average daily user. Read up on the dilution sticky carefully. Think about what you are reading and how it applies to your situation.

Probation or parole tests are usually observed. That means, to observe correctly, the observer must watch the urine flow from the body into the collection cup. It is virtually impossible to substitute when haveing an observed test if the tester is doing it correctly.

Dilution is your only realistic option. Read and learn. You have plenty of time.

Don't smoke any more until you are off probation. Type probation in the search feature and see what others have went through. Get this test over with the Dilution method and do yourself a favor and stay clean. Probation is better than jail.
