so here how my testing experience went

10:45am: woke up, pissed, got dressed, drank small glass of water to take creatine

11:15-11:30: drank a 20oz gatoraide
11:30-12:45: drank 20oz mountain dew, 16 oz water
voided at 11:45
1:45: voided across the street from test facility in a walgreens. saw urine was a little too clear, took some b12 vitamans

drank bout a quarter of a bottle of water after the last void

then waited a bit and took the test. urine was a light yellowish color, thanks b12!

Based upon my home test history, my 30plus days of abstaining, the creatine for the last 2 days and the small dosage of b12, i feel pretty good. the worst part is i coulda subbed mad easy, i wasnt even asked to empty my pockets!

I'll find out soon enough.
If it comes up dilute i have an excuse.....it was 95 degrees out that day and i was drinking alot of water....ovbiously im not smoking till i hear how it went so if i hafta retest i'll be even more clean

Is this right? I thought in every thread i was reading it said ALWAYS test with your first of the day because it IS chalked with all the nasty stuff. Hence if you pass the first of the day then your home free.

Never use your first pee of the day for the real test. Always use your first pee of the day for your at home test.

What you want is to test your most concentrated urine at home because if you have any THC left in your system at all, that is when it will be strongest. If you pass that test at home in the morning, you should pass any test for an employer at any time of the day. You just don't want to use the first pee of the day for the real test.

this is exactly the reason I did some dilution (but not hardcore dilution) since I could pass a home test midday yet was unable to pass it with first piss. That fact alone caused me to do the dilution I did.

That is the entire reason that you test using your first pee of the day. If you cannot pass, then you need to know if you can pass after some dilution later in the day. You could pass the home test after some fluids, so that is what you did for your real test. Perfect example of why we tell everyone to test themselves at home. Very good job. You learn quickly, Grasshopper!

i'm just praying I don't turn up dilute....cause I don't wanna go through this again. Hopefully the creatine/natural color from b12 will prevent that

The woman at HR told me she might want me for orentation on thursday, so that allows me to call late tomorrow and see if thats the case without it being wicked sketchy, aka get my results. so we shall see.
