So get this...now I'm really confused.

I took a home test for THC when I was 21 days clean and had a faint negative line....but a line none the less. So I considered it a pass. I pissed mid day and took it mid stream.

Then this morning, using my first piss of the day, I failed another test....and this is with 28 days clean....I didnt really have to go that bad so i just used the very first part of the stream.

Does this mean that I need dilution you think? Or just I need to not use my first pee of the day and do it mid stream like the first time. Or maybe all I need for test day is a less strict dilution technique, but what would that be?

My test is Tueday 5/30 or 5/31...so I have even more time by a few days. Any advice is crucial!

Never, ever use your first pee of the day. It's just going to be chalk-filled with all sorts of bad stuff. Midstream is always the way to go. By the time the actual test comes up, you will be 30+ days clean which should be plenty of time. But just to be safe, follow the dillution sticky and you'll be good to go!

considering my early sucess on the first test at 21 days, my mind was totally put at ease (not the way i'd prefer tho ) so I was considering getting another home test, testing mid stream like i did the first one. If I don't pass then I'm gonna do the dilution sticky....if I DO pass (which I'm betting I will) then I'm thinkn' just keeping myself well hydrated for the test, but not over doing it. You think I oughta use N2's technique either way? I don't wanna risk a dilute if I'm good with good normal old pee.

You might want to do another hometest, just to be on the safe side. If that 'negative' line keeps getting brighter and brighter you'll be good to go. Otherwise, n2!

ok so...

my test is most likely tomorrow or wedensday, so I did a home test today (now 33 days clean) again...mid stream not first of the day as before and i passed with a faint line yet a stronger one then the test i barely passed 2 weeks ago. I been taking creatine for now 2 days, a few pills a day of it, so that oughta help. I plan on simply keeping myself well hyraded with gatoraide and taking a quick b vitamin before the test. Nothing so severe as to come up with a dilute sample tho, as I know I am capable of passing a test, but I rather be on the safe side.

This sound a smart plan to you all?

uh-oh

if there are people out there passing these tests using dillution after smokeing only one week before then you should have no problem passing it with 30+ days.

I put up my own thread because of this exact issue.. why would anyone advise this person to follow dilution if it is 30+ days smoke-free and if the person has passed several home tests?

I just don't want to get scared and dilute after 39 days smoke free and 6 passed home tests... I figured in that situation (after passing a home test several times) you are pretty much home free? I'd think it would be more risky (i.e. getting a negative dilute) to follow dilution if you don't have to.
