I'm 5'7 155, work out/run 4 days out of the week. I've been smoking everyday for the last 7 months. Quit for a whole month in febuary, then started up again eveyday. I quit again on the 9th of May.. Drug test is going to be sometime in the week of June 5th - 9th.Think I'll pass without having to dillute?
until then, what should I do other than working out

Purchase a home test or two and find out if you can pass without diluting. Then, if you can't pass the home test, come back, read some more and ask.

okay I should have noted that, I took 2 self urine tests.. one came back negative.. and a day later the other test came back positive. Bought the tests from drugteststrips.com..

Son of a gun! I hate when I am correcting or editing my posts and I miss when you post.

Did you test both times using the urine from the same time of day? For example, did you use the first morning pee from both days, or did you test the evening pee the first day, then the morning pee the second day? This makes a huge difference as the urine from just after you wake up is most concentrated & contains the greatest number of THC metabolites per milliliter of urine (least diluted from drinking fluids all day long).

Lately, I have not heard really good reports form home tests purchased online. I recommend getting another test from another source, like a large chain drug store. Much more expensive (about $15), but at least you can eliminate relying on a test from a bad batch or a batch that has been mishandled (allowed to freeze, outdated, etc.) The home tests have a accuracy rate of 97-99%. Not a sure thing, but much better than nothing.

Yeah rite aid or CVS, look near the pharmacy counter. The way I see it I'd rather spend 30 dollars on the 2 tests and then get the job and make it back by working then continue to be jobless.

lol nice linkage there sec3, glad my prediciment can help others. My sistuation sure is similar to yours....mild dilution might work too.

thanks, i'll be going to walgreens or cvs tomorrow... but one question

based upon everything, is it a safe assumption that I should be clean by the time 30 days have gone by?>

try another test....it sure helps the nerves. Prob your ok with 30 plus days, but I mean you cant not be cautious. Thats why Sec3 gave me the nod on doing a more mild dilution then the people that only smoked a week ago...you and I are in much better shape then those people.
