I bought some Naturally Klean deep cleansing tablets from Whole Foods. Has anyone heard of it or used it? The guy said it was their best selling "method", but I dont think there was more than 1 or 2 other options.

It has protien and creatine, but as I understand it is just a dillutive solution. I just took a Qwest Diagnostics test yesterday morning. I am freaking out a little because its the largest lab and have heard they can figure pretty much everything out. Also, my pee was pretty clear up until the time before I went in the cup.

I used to smoke like crazy but havent for several months--probably 3 times in the last 30 days.

Anybody want to make a bet whether I pass or not?

I should add that it was a 3 hour flush, so the creatine was not consumed 2-3 days early as was recommended in other posts. Will this matter?

I did have some steak 3 days prior.

The keyword is not "method" it is selling. Did you notice he didn't say, gives the best results? What he basically said was that it was the best seller ie, made him the most money.

There's no value in guessing. Acquire home tests and find out. They're available from eBay for $2/ea in batches of 10 or $15 - 20/ea at your local drug store. Test the first part of the first void of the morning. If your result is negative you're home free. If not, think about dilution or substitution.

Creatine taken three hours before a test will have no effect on the creatinine levels.

I passed, for anyone curious. Not really sure if it was the NK or just a helluva lot of water and next to no smoke in the last month. Thanks for all the great information on this site. Isnt it completely preposterous that we have to worry about stuff like this? What a waste of time, money, and energy.
