|  Creatine ?'s Hi, I was made a job offer today. As condition I would have to take a drug test. I have to go Monday for it. I will have 14 days clean. I am a light smoker. 5'1 200lbs. Slow metabloism. I read both N2 & S2 tips. As I am aspirin sensitve I am going with N2's advice. The question I have is exactly how much creatine do I need to take. Like how many mg's per day. From what I read I need to start loading on creatine 24-48 hrs. Just confused in how much is needed. |
