were drug testing for football sometime this month...dont know when exactly cuz its gonna b random but itll b for all kinds of ish including caffeine which is dumb in my mind but neways... cant use creatine cuz i think thats on the list too , how do pass this test i could hav newhere from a wk to 4 wks to clean up

drinking lots of gatorade and keeping aspirin in my system helped me pass my test...a friend of mine smoked 2 days before her test and took niacin (sp?) and passed...I heard thats dangerous though, be careful with that.

Creatinine cannot be a banned substance because it is necessary to have in the urine. If you do not have it in your urine, you would not be human.

Caffeine cannot be banned because it is not illegal and is found in soda, tea, candy bars, chocolate, etc...

Try to get facts instead of rumor. Learn about the tests you are subjected to.

if you heard this ish from your coach hes just trying to clean you up..... thats not to say they wont test you but im def. with sec3 on this.... any college above div3 DOES test so be aware of this and they test often and random they are prim. testing for certain off topic testorone based drug but they do also include the main stream drugs including our on topic drug mary J

creatine supplements are viewed as performance enhancing hence they may check for levels out of the ordinary.

You haven't given us your smoking history. If you have 1 week to clean up and you only smoke once per month, you have a very good chance of passing without any dilution measures at all.

If you are a daily smoker, you might need a bit more time however; most people can clean up within the 4 week time frame. The key is to home test yourself.

It might help to get a copy of the drug testing policy and read it. The policy should tell you what is banned and what is not.

It makes a huge difference if this is for pro, college or high school football. Can you let us know?
