I am 6 foot tall and am into the 175 180 range with an average build.
The last three Saturdays, and moderate use last month, I have been smoking.
My test is at some testing center for pre-employement where a physical will be conducted. During my interview for the job I was told that I have the job and all I need to do is go into that testing center for a physical. While reading the handbooks and such, HR gave me, I see the following-New employees will be required to submit to a drug test as a condition of employment.....blah.-

During last week and off and on before that I began to exercise at least and hour a day four times a week. I have read the dilution guide on this web site (this information is priceless) and I believe I know what to do but one question is if I can just eat hamburgers and such to raise the creatine level.

Also I went out looking for home drug tests to see what’s up and no stores around here provide such tests. If anyone can tell me how to raise creatine level to something average without supplements that’d be great. Any further advice is welcomed as well.

My physical must be scheduled sometime next week and if all goes well I start the week after that at the job. Thanks in advance.

You can eat hamburgers to help boost the creatinine levels. You can purchase drug tests online for less. You might want to have them shipped overnight. Costs a bit more, but worth it if you want to know where you are at.
You can also look in the yellow pages for a drug testing facility. Most testing facilities sell the instant tests for much less than you would pay at a drug or department store. Look in the yellow pages for "Drug testing" or "Employment services".

Sometime this weekend, you will want to stop exercising and sit around eating hamburgers. Put your body into "storage" mode. Quit burning those fat cells.
