Hello yes i just got hired at a company that i feel will be drug testing me soon. I have a phsyical on monday at 11:00 am. I feel that i will be urine tested at the phsyical. I smoked last on may 17 prior to that i was a heavy smoker. I weigh 205 pounds pretty big build. I bought an at home test 2 days ago and to my surprise i tested postive. Now are those at home tests reliable? Should i get cleaner for the test? I appreciate the help thankyou

You only have 16 days clean. The average is 30 days. Get a couple of more home tests and practice the dillution method or sub it.

Sit down to a really big, juicy steak and read the dilution sticky. IF you are drug tested during the physical, it would be difficult for you to substitute. On Monday, you would have about 3 weeks of abstinance working for you. Test yourself using the first pee of the morning tomorrow. If you still test positive, then test yourself later in the day after trying some dilution technique.

While you are out purchasing those additional home tests, purchase come creatine suppliments and begin that right away. Also, while you are in the shopping mood, get some gatorade (or any other good quality sports drink), aspirin (Bayer works good), B-complex vitamins, and a pint of ice cream (Your favorite flavor).

The first 5 items on your list are for the dilution method. The last item is for dessert after that steak you ate while you were are reading up on the dilution method.

You have a better than average chance of passing using the dilution method.

haha man sec3 uv been helping me alot lately and i really appreacite it. I have one more question. 2 days ago i went to my local head shop and bought this stuff called strip natural cleanser. this was before i read everything about cleaners and dillution on this site today. Do you think that would be a good form of dillution for me on the day of? I appreciate it greatly thankyou

It might work ok. It might be good. It probably will do no harm. The reason I prefer to stick with the dilution method recommended in the sticky is that the amounts of fluid you are instructed to drink is controlled. It is carefully calculated to avoid coming up with a diluted result.

If you use a detox drink from a head shop, the fluids required on the instruction labels vary from drink to drink. That throws too much of a variable in the equation and you risk the dreaded diluted result.

Why mess with what has been proven to work more often than anything else?

That is just my opinion though.

also i would like to ask you if youve been asked to sign any releases youd have to check with sec3 but in my case the papers had to be signed and supplied in advance....
