| THC metabolite concentration is measured in nanograms per milliliter. One toke would put lots of nanograms into your system but not give you much of a concentration, which is what is tested. Marijuana varies from 2% THC to 30% THC. One toke could be a little sip off of a joint or a monster hit from a four-foot bong. There is really no way to answer your question.
