Here's my plan I want to make sure I am doing this right as I wrote this all out. I am going with N2's dilution method. Just making sure I didn't miss anything. Not sure on b complex says 10x the regular dose. Don't want my pee coming up any funky colors so maybe 3x b complex hour b4 I leave.

Before bed tonight I will pop 4 asprins

wake up 9am:

Step 1
9am - start with 2x 8oz water with 4 aspirin(325mg) x 4 + creatine pills (been loading since Friday)

Step 2
9:15am 8oz gatoraide

9:30am 8oz water

9:45am 8oz gatorade

10am 8oz water

10:15am 8oz gatorade

10:30am 8oz water

Step 3
Replace water each time I pee with 3-4 oz of water

+ add rolaids for any discomfort

Step 4
11am - take 3x B complex vitmin

12pm leave for Quest to be there 1pm

I been loading on creatine since Friday. So been on that for 3 days now. What other precautions what did I miss?

But does the plan I have mapped out sound right so far?

Just MAKE SURE to stick strictly to the amount of fluids. You don't want to over dilute.

It sounds good to me, but I usually use all gatorade and no water except for that addictive cup [1-2] of coffee in the AM.

Do I need B2 instead of B complex? My roomie took practice dultion following above plan and her urine was clear. I want to make sure I get the color right So when we both take actual test tomorrrow it's not coming up clear.

After days of preparing for this test. 1 hour on 3 different buses (having to pee like a race horse) to get to location given to me by employer to be a VACANT LOT

Called employer she said to come in tomorrow for orientation and they will have my room-mate and I do the drug test there. They will have someone pick up the urine and take it off to the lab. Now my question do we have to repete everything we did today again for tomorrow. There is no way to sub - believe me I have checked around locally for quick fix.

I have no idea if they will do urine test first then orientation or vise versa either way it's going to be hard because again its 3 long bus ride and on a belly full of water doesnt help.

My stomach is in knots over all this and it's still not done.

Without a clean donor, you have no choice. Do the dilution the best you can and hope like hell the employer takes the specimen first thing.

You might tell the employer that you really, really have to go NOW because you have been holding it all morning so you could go when you got there. That might speed things up.

Otherwise, you should take extra gatorade, vitamins and aspirin and keep it up all day. (just don't show anyone the vitamins and aspirin).

Pace yourselves. IF your friend threw up, she might have been overdoing it a bit. back off some on the fluids, so she can keep it down tomorrow.

At this point we are both so frustrated. We did everything we needed to dilute to be spent to a dang empty lot. This will be my roomies 3rd time going dulution.

I hope they take the urine as soon as we get there. I don't think either of us can sit though 2hrs of orienation on full bladders. I know I can't I barely made it on the bus ride and when i drink that much water I pee alot and very frequently - every 5-10 mins - I don't know how this is going to work out.

We need to be there at 2:30 orienation - when should we start the loading process agn ??
