I posted "creatine no good 24 hours prior?" My cousin has offered to give me her clean urine before my test tomorrow. If it's pre-employment, I probably won't be observed, right? Is a condom preferable to a shampoo bottle, or vice-versa? I realize both need to be extremely clean, but outside of that, is it just what's more comfortable? Also, will it for sure stay the correct temperature just in my panties, or do I need to put it in my vaginal cavity? I have $20 to my name and don't think that I can afford a thermometer.
So scared, any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry to have been a person who asks all the questions anwered in the sticky. I have read it, twice, I guess I'm just terrified. Have gone out and bought condoms, a 2oz shampoo bottle, twisty ties, and had money left for a digital thermometer. Feeling better now. I'm just going to practice, practice, practice. Think I should try and dilute too?

i'd say dillute to be on the safe side. If someone watches which is rare in pre-employment you'll have a fall back plan. And it might just help ease your mind anyways knowing you have a plan B. Good Luck!

I JUST subbed - was terrified but seriousy, it was so EASY! Just practice keeping your temp right and you will be fine. GOOD LUCK!

2 oz shampoo bottle too small.... need 3.5 or 4 i got away with a 3 oz but it was a little short of what they wanted

Most urine tests call for 60 ml of urine, which is almost exactly 2 ounces.

at my test they asked for about 3.5 oz of urine. my thinking would be to be prepared just in case. the last poster said 2 oz is usually what they require, but the sample they wanted from me was almost twice that. again i cant overstate this. be prepared. a 4 oz bottle just about as easy to hide.

i agree that they only need 2 oz for the test. don't you figure they are wise to the sub method and are asking for more to make it a little harder to sneak in? my last test they asked for about 3.5 oz. although i only gave them a little under 3 oz and they accepted it. are you saying that they would have accepted only 2 oz as being enough from me
