Ok, I weigh 170, 6', and have an average metabolism. I hadnt smoked for about 3 months. But, I smoked 2 grams about 1 month ago and then got some second hand in a car that was being hot boxed about 2 weeks ago. I had my window open but i still got a fair contact high.
I took my test yesterday, it was a suprise test so i had no chance to dilute. In fact i was barely able to squeeze any out so it was fairly concentrated. I was also told it was going to be tested gas chromotography(sp?). So it wiil have a 200 cutoff.
Do you think i will come up clean?

Gas Chromatography and a 200 ng/mL cutoff have nothing to do with one another. They are both related to drug testing and thats about it.

That is akin to saying: The home team is going to kick a field goal in the 6th inning. They are both sports related and thats about it.

If your usage is as light as you say, you should not have a problem, even with the concentrated specimen you submitted. The car window was down, so you werent getting that much of a "contact high". Your normal usage is very low, so you probably were just more susciptable to feeling the light high you did get. Not much THC absorbtion, if any at all.
