Hi, I just landed a pretty cool internship position for the summer. It not being an actual job i never even thought about them testing me. I feel like an idiot though, 'cause the job involves children and i'm getting a test done wednesday. Trouble is I smoked out of a bowl with some friends this past wednesday. I've already lied and pushed the date back as far as possible.

I hardly ever smoke and besides this past time havent in months. I took an at home test today (first check FDA approved), and while it wasn't my first urination of the day, i hadnt tried to dilute it (hadn't drank/eaten anything). I passed it.

So i've got two days left and need to know whether i should be concerned and doing something in the mean time, or use some mild dilution techniques. Any advice would be awesome. thanks.

try one with first void then on day of test dilute as needed

The THC metabolites from a one-time smoke are generally cleared enough after a few days to pass a UA.
