Hey guys,
This is my first post, but I've been using it as a reference for the last couple of weeks. To all the mods and posters, you've been an excellent source of info.

But I have one remaining question (and I tried to find another post about this, but I couldn't): I followed N2's method to the T, and I've been clean for a while now (I passed an at home earlier today with one faint line but it still counts as passing I believe). My urine did come out yellow (thanks to the B-complex), but I was wondering if despite the coloring, it could still be returned as too diluted? If it can't, I'd prolly end up burning one down before the day was over, but if not, I'll wait for the results.

take creatine 2x the daily dose for atleast 2-3 days before your test do the salt before the test and drink gatorade(its like an echo of the guide lines)

Wait for the results. The color makes no difference in the lab. The color is only for the collector doing an instant or integrity check.

WAIT WAIT WAIT for the results!! You probably won't be diluted if you followed the method to a T, but everyone's body is different, so hang in there and wait for your results.

i took a drug test on friday 4/27 at 10:30 am. woke up at 9:00 and pissed once. then as driving to test drank 15 oz of water . got to the test and tried to fill cup did not give enough but my urine was a rich yellow at that point. collector told me to drink water so i drank 4 6oz cups and waited 20 min to pee . probably consumed 45 oz of water from time i woke up and my 2nd sample which was my third pee of the day. this sample was a light yellow/green color not totally clear but light.

does anyone think it is possible this will be considered diluted or does someone have to drink a huge amount of water and have totally clear urine to have a diluted sample?
