I used qf 4.0 in the past and it works like a champ, thanks to everyone on this board for their posts regarding this product and the techniques in using it...

I may be having to use it (qf 4.0) again in the near future and I was wondering a few things...

1) For a typical pre-employment drug screening for a private company (not govt, not hospital etc) do they typically just send you to a lab and it will not be supervised?

2) For a job where they mentioned that a drug screening and physical will be required, but the physical is very quick - nothing drastic. Would you imagine that quick fix would work fine because the physical portion of the doctor's visit would be blood pressure check and a run down of any medical history? If anyone has had to do any physical with drug screening before please let me know how the procedure went down, thanks in advance.

I am probably going to be using quickfix again soon because I will only be like 3 weeks clean if I do have to do any sort of test. But no test has been mentioned yet during the job process, just cant be too safe! Like I said before, thanks to everyone on this board for their advice and thoughts. Thanks!

as far as the supervision ive heard rumors of it but it must be VERY VERY VERY VERY rare but my recent test (which i used QF 4.0) was un supervised (i passed fyi)
as for the physical i dunno dude anyone else able to help him?

Pre-employment aren't usually supervised, but with a physical, how could you know if you are able to sub, unless you could ask someone who started with the company recently.

Thanks for the thoughts! I appreciate all the feedback. It definitely does help alleviate the anxiety and boost the confidence, so thanks again.

Do any companies not test now a days? It seems like all the large ones/fortune xxxx ones do. But small to mid-sized companies, is it just a crap shoot?

There are some that don't test, but more and more are starting to. It is a insurance thing. Compensation, etc.

Hmm, I've taken two pre-employ physicals. The first I successfully passed the dt (I abstained for more than 30 days); the second, I was not so lucky and got two diluted dt results from junk I bought off the Internet and GNC. While I abstained for a period of time, I was not given enough notice.

My first test, I went to the company's nurse. They gave me an EKG, eye test, checked my cholestoral, etc. If I recall, I believe I had to disrobe and wear a paper gown. I was told to fast. This was 10 years ago. The nurse did comment on the light color of my urine (I didn't take any adulterants or try to sub), but I passed. My pee test was unsupervised, I didn't have to leave a door open, but was told that if I flusehd the toilet, it would be an automatic fail.

My second pre-employ physical last year, I had to wait a good 30 minutes in the waiting room. After reading this board, I'm wondering if that was a ploy to cool down any subbed urine. Had to leave purse, etc. in exam room. I was able to wear my street clothes into the john. Was able to close the door and take my time in there.

When I got out of the john, I was in the exam room by myself. The med assistant told me to disrobe and put a paper gown on. She left the room (plenty of time to ditch a sub container into a purse, cargo pants pocket, etc.). I was in the exam room long enough to fall asleep on the table until the ahole doctor came in. Although the exam was non-invasive, he did feel around my pubes (perv), probably checking to see if I had a bottle or anything stuck up there (I was able to keep my undies on).

Unforutnately, my two dt attempts weren't successful, but at least I know the routine. The company likes me and have asked me to re-apply this year because of my contract work. I am abstaining and bought myself extra time because of family reasons. I plan to let them know of my availability as soon as I can pass a home dt in four to eight weeks.

Just curious if anyone has an answer to this, sorry for so many questions lol...

If you were disrobed and in a paper gown, but still had whitey tighties on. Do you think that the whitey tights alone would be able to keep the sample warm still? Last time I used a sub I had slacks or jeans on also. So wondering if those helped keep it warm also. Just some more anxiety, thanks for everyone's thoughts and posts!
