I have the opportunity to re-apply for a job that I was turned down for a year ago because of two diluted Quest drug tests. (I bought some junk off the Internet.)

I bought myself one to two months time because of some very good family reasons. Place was very understanding, plus they like my work as a contractor.

I'm 51yo female, weigh about 225, non-exercising. I've been on-off the weed wagon. Been smoking 1-2 one hitters daily since falling off weed wagon in late April.

I'm exercising (walking, riding my bike, cleaning out deceased elderly relative's house), drinking water, green tea, unsweetened cranberry juice and following other advice given on this site about diet, etc.

I plan to home-test with Walgreen's test in about a month. If that comes up neg, will the Quest test be more sensitive to THC levels?

Anything else I can be doing.

I've been underemployed two years and want to get my life back asap.

I'm not clear as to what you're saying. It sounds to me like you're trying to pass a pre-emp test and still keep smoking on a daily basis. Did I miss something?

Exercise is good until three days before the test. The rest of what you're doing is not going to lower your THC metabolites load significantly, especially if you keep adding to it by smoking every day.

Sorry to confuse you. No, I have quit smoking pot and plan to abstain until I get a job or the job.

That is good. That should be the first thing anyone looking for a job should do. Lots of places are testing now.

Me too Lolo69, I'm abstaining until I get clean before I start looking for a job.

Funny story...yesterday I went to the local corner market and was making small talk with the girl behind the counter. Our conversation lead to her saying that she works seven days a week because they can't get people hired there because they can't pass the drug test.

I took this as my clue to get clean!
