I may have a blood and urine test sometime in the near future. My question is this...I have practiced the urine substitution method and that's not an issue but what happens if my urine comes back negative and my blood comes back positive?

You didn't say when you smoked last or give your smoking history, but it's 72 hours clean for chronic smokers, for blood test. Check the link in my signature.

I smoke 1 or 2 hits a day during the week and maybe 3 bowls over the weekend for about the last year. Sorry to be paranoid but I've read that it can stay in your blood for up to 2 weeks. Also I know that exercise releases metabolites that can be detected in a UA, does that apply to blood too?
