Does this stuff work? It says to urniate frequently to flush the toxins and it works up to 5 hours - 7 hours. Are you flushing the toxins for these 5 - 7 hours? Wouldn't they then show up in the urine?

I have used another persons clean pee before, but for some reason this time really has got me on nerves end.

I smoke approx a doobie a day (for the last 6 mos or so), but was a HEAVY hitter prior to that.

I go in two days, bright and early in the AM.

Will this stuff work, or should I use clean pee again (despite my nerves).

I WILL be watched while I pee.

All of these products work by dilution. They do not convert THC metabolites into something that can't be detected, as they'd like you to believe. They do not remove THC metabolites from your body. Because they work by dilution, detox drinks can fail if the concentration of THC metabolites is too high. Drinking a lot of fluids makes you pee a lot, reducing the concentration of THC metabolites in your blood. They'll be restored from that stored in fatty tissue but eventually they'll all leach out if you don't smoke. Drinking a reasonable amount of fluids shortly before your test will dilute your urine, lowering the concentration of THC metabolites. If you dilute too much it will spoil the test and you'll be retested or failed. The aspects of dilution techniques other than drinking fluids are to make dilute urine appear to be less dilute. At high concentrations of THC metabolites it is not possible to dilute enough without diluting too much.

The aspirin in the dilution + aspirin technique will mask THC metabolites on an EMIT test if the concentration is not too high.

Slight correction. Drinking a lot of fluids will make you pee a lot but does not increase glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in the kidney, unless you are dehydrated to begin with. The increase in urine output from drinking a lot comes from suppression of antidiuretic hormone and aldosterone, which lead to decreased water reabsorption in the kidney from the urine that is forming in the nephron. Urinary concentration of THC and metabolites is lower but absolute amount stays the same. The rate of decay of THC and metabolites in the blood though is unaltered and blood levels of THC metabolites will not go down after drinking more, since GFR is the same, as is the rate of release of THC in fat into the blood. This is the very reason that drinking a lot to prepare for a test to "Clean out" is ineffective and unnecessary.
