Default Advice/Test in 2 Days/Regular Smoker

Hey everybody, I spent a good couple hours reading through the forums and I have some questions. After taking everything into consideration, here is my situation. I'm a regular smoker, probably 3-6 times a day and I'm clean for a week now. I've read exercise is good, bad, fiber, fat, etc. etc. Regardless, my piss test is in two days and I don't think I have a reasonable attempt with substitution, so dilution is my best option.

The idea of going 8/8oz. of water with salt, some tums and rolaids to take care of the specific gravity and possible a big meal consisting of steak, or some read meat a night or two before to increase my creatinine levels sounds like a plan. Everyone says 72 hours for the actual creatinine suppliment to be useful, so I'm thinking that's a no go. My big question also is do I exercise. My thought is that if I exercise extremely, I'm going to just push more THC from my fat cells into my bloodstream and therefore, urine. I also have a drink I plan on using just for shits and giggles, but it seems everyone thinks they don't work. What do they cleanse then? My assumption is they flush out THC from the bloodstream, and people's assumption is that they cannot do much for the fat cells. Finally, I've made it a point to buy Metamucil (Pure fiber suppliment) and add that to everything I drink over the next two days. In addition, I've made the majority of my meals grapes, salads and bran muffins in order to raise oxidents and fiber, hopefully getting some of that out.

I greatly appreciate anyone who can help and take a look, throw a word after taking this all in. I got a lot riding on this test.

If there is a lot riding on the test. Plus you being a regular smoker. Smokeing 3-5 times a day. Dude use the quickfix 4.0. I wouldn't trust your own sample with just 1 week clean. Perhaps some of the experts here can help you out better then me. But I have used QF 4.0 at least 6 times myself and never had a problem. Or use someone else's clean pee. I was surprised how after freezing someone else's clean pee. How a cup of hot water will bring the temp up over a 100 quickly. Plus with it being summer time, it should be a lock. Please practice first. Just my 2 cents.

I agree that substitution is the better option. Not sure why you don't think you have a reasonable attempt with subbing, but I'll take your word on that one.

As for your specific questions...
1. Do not exercise at this point. You are right about it putting more THC metabolites into your bloodstream where they will get into your urine. Stop exercising and try to add high fat and high sugar foods to your diet until the test to go into fat-building mode to trap the THC in your fat cells.

2. What do detox drinks cleanse? They do a great job of removing all traces of money from your wallet.

3. Metamucil? It's a wonderful thing to be regular...

Tests don't measure creatinine levels. They measure creatine, which is a breakdown product of creatinine. The creatinine in red meat is no different than the creatinine in supplements and would work on the same schedule.

I appreciate the feedback thus far. The reason substitution is a no go for me is I don't have a source of obtaining a clean sample fast enough. Any online methods would take a shipping time that wouldn't work, and I don't have too many friends that don't burn.

I'm going to attempt tonight the following as a precursor to the real thing and see how it goes with a home test...

6 P.M.: Take 420 Body Clean, Drink 3-4 8 oz. of water with salt mixed in. (Just to acquire the taste for the real thing.)
7 P.M.: 2 More glasses of Water with salt, a couple tums, couple rolaids. (Just to keep things consistent.)
8 P.M.: 2 More Glasses of Water with Salt and 4 asprin.
9 P.M.: Test myself
9:05 p.m.: Hope to god I pass at least the home test.

All while urinating frequently obviously. My hope is that my high fiber diet has helped me push out (no pun intended) some of the THC metabolites into my stool from my fat cells. I'm going to go into fat mode for the next two days eating greasy foods.

However, I've been told, and I even brought what was discussed on the forums, that these drinks don't work, up to the guy at the headshop. I said that does this clear THC from the bloodstream and urine and he agreed. What the hell do these things cleanse, (other than you're wallet.)

Again, I appreciate everyone's quick feedback thus far. It's been a good help in how I'm getting ready for this. I'll post back later tonight after the home test, if anyone sees something wrong with my process just drop a line, thanks!

Buzz, you have this backwards.
Creatine is the parent compound, creatinine is the breakdown product.
It is in fact creatinine that is looked for in the urine, not creatine.
