Ok I'm 5'11" 150 pretty sure I have good metabolism. I smoked once in over two years (that was about two or two and 1/2 weeks ago) it was enough to get a hgih that lasted 30 mins to an hour (didn't look at my watch lol). I have a ship date of mid july (total of 5 weeks from the day of use) and I'm 90% sure I would have no probblem wit that one, but i have the option of leaving 2 weeks early which only gives me about 3 weeks total. dil. and sub. aren't an option because i will be in the care of the army for a few days before my test. So my questions are does any know the specs of the army's test and would i be ok to leave early.

I haven't exercised regualarly since then and i haven't been eating healthy. if i shi early im looking at 1 week, is excercising and eating good going to help or at this point should i try to hide it.

And i plan on doing th home test as much as possible, but should i go for the 20 or the 50

Any help would be appreciated

You smoked once two to two and a half weeks ago? You're clean NOW my friend (for a urine test, and very likely for a hair test too). You'll be fine if you want to ship out early. I don't know which test the army uses to screen, I assume it's a URINE test, and I assume it's 50 ng/ml cutoff, but even if it's 20, you're just fine.
No worries.
A one time smoke and you're clean in 3-4 days (conservative, some would say 2-3 days).

well thats quite a relief, thanks a lot but figure I'll do the home test just to be safe,but hey I really apreciate it!
