i have an upcoming urine test for my new job. I smoked on monday night and the test is on friday. This is the first time i smoked in a year. I had two hits of a gravity bong and 3 hits from a pipe. I am a 18 year old 5'11 160ibs male. I excerise regualrey. I plan on exciresing alot, sitting in the sauna, and drinking alot of milk and water over the next 3 days. Someone with more expierance then me give me my odds.

P.S. How much do the home test things cost and where can i get them.

you should be good if you really didnt smoke for a year, however stop exercising, and read n2 and s2s section on dilution. You praly dont need the aspirin and can get away with drinking less beverage.

You should pass without any problem for 1 time use.

You can find them usually near the diabetic care section in the drug store or megamart. They keep them wit the blood sugar testing strips and such. Don't risk it and get the test kit and test using the first urine of the morning. This has been posted a billion times but if you can pass this urine, the dirtiest of the day, you should pass.
