Well, I am new here, and I didn't realize that I may actually test positive since I had been clean for almost a month... however, I had been smoking about once every other day for a few months..

I am 22, male, 180 lbs, Average Metabolism (have been at this steady weight since high school)..

My last day of smoking was May 25th, and I had my test yesterday, June 20th..

I didn't really do much to prepare for the test, although I do workout usually about an hour every day.. and I drink a lot of water and Iced tea all the time.. got lucky cuz thats a diuretic heh..

I take Vitamin pills regardless, and I drank quite a bit of water in the morning before going for the test...

I did not test myself or anything.. so I have no idea what will happen..
Either way.. if I do fail, I plan on raising hell and asking for a retest in about a week.. when I think i should be clean(er)..
Any feedback is appreciated.. because the more I read this site, the more I doubt myself..

Well, heh like I said, I'm new.. and this is my first "drug" test..
I never even thought about testing positive, until after the test, when I really started thinking about it.. and then stumbled across this site..
Really wish I had known about it before so I could've done everything in my power to make sure i'd be clean
