help me read this... a line at the THC mark is supposed to be negative... meaning there is NO THC in my urine and i PASSED, right??

because thats the reading i got and i smoked 2 days ago. granted i drank a lot of water the past few hours, but i wouldn't say i did the full dilution method.

Wrong. It means that the level of THC metabolites in your urine sample fell below the threshold (usually 50ng/ml) for a positive result. The threshold on the real test you're going to take may be different.


It's not hard to get your THC metabolite concentration low enough to pass a home test by drinking a lot of water. That doesn't mean you'll pass a professional test because those tests check for other factors that would indicate that you've diluted. thanks for answering honestly! i love this site. well, from what i've read the most common dilute checking techniques are color and creatine, correct? i only took 1 B2 vitamin and i've been peeing bright yellow/green for 5 hours now. i also took 2 creatine supplements (and ate roast beef for dinner) and will continue to do so until my test 2 days from now. my test is a 5 panel, which means 5 drugs, right? is there anything on the form (NODOT?) that may suggest they look for over 50ng?

They test for creatinine (a creatine metabolite) and specific gravity. Color is a minor consideration as people who don't have the right elements in their diet pee clear even though they're not diluting.

You have to start creatine supplementation or eating red meat three days before your test in order to get your creatinine levels up into the normal range. It takes that long for it to metabolize. You get specific gravity up by drinking sports drinks with electrolytes or any drink with a lot of added salt.
