Okay out of all sites checked this seems the most knowledgeable so figured I would thread here for help here is the scenario
Test-Urine test gc/ms testing for 15ng in urine. Done at hospital so very advanced checking for everything even ph and dilution and abnormal levels of anything.
Body type-5'0 115 pounds past three weeks have been doing aerobic workouts 3x's weekly and eating low fat diet to burn more fat. Eating every 3 to 4 hours. Lost 5 pounds in past three weeks. Metabolism is normal to slightly fast. Have been drinking at least a six pack once a week for past three weeks and have begun smoking cigarettes. Body fat content not high
THC Use-Chronic smoker for past 6 years chronic as in up to 5 joints daily. Quit June 1st fell of the wagon smoked 6 puffs on June 3rd clean till June 10th smoked 2 puffs been clean since and will remain clean.
Where I am now-Took a home drug test that tests for 50ng this morning with first morning urine tested positive. The actual test is 5 days from now at 10:00 AM
My question: Does anyone think I can pass this test and if so how? I know nothing is 100% positive except substaining for at least 2 months but really need something thats at least 90% positive to work. If I fail this test will be blackballed from this hospital forever and can't risk that.
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!

Great thorough post by explaining exact smoke history, body type, exercise activity, etc, and that you realize nothing is 100 % but that there are things you can do to help.

I am in the medical field and I just passed a hair test and my urines are subject to the 20 ng/ml screen and 15 ng/ml confirmation along with creatinine clearance check.

Your best bet with the 15 ng/ml test is subsitution and if you are watched and can't pull it off, then dilute as the back up plan (assuming you at least can pass the 50 ng/ml home test).

Thank you for your help fake boobs just one question do you mean passing the 50ng/ml at home with dilution or without?

I guess the best thing would be to test it undiluted because if you pass it undiluted you would know you are excreting between 0-49.999 ng/ml without adulteration and it would seem a goal of less than 15 ng/ml was maybe possible. If you can't pass without dilution, you could dilute and retest in 4 hours and see if you pass then. If you don't pass the second time, then you know passing the 15ng/ml test would be hard.

I posted a much more thorough explanation and theory but it was hard to follow. If you want to hear it let me know.

Thats what I am doing today just tested now saw signs of a line (could see outline this time unlike last time but it def wasn't a line lol) gonna try N2 dilution method and retest myself (see this is why I bought those ten tests) and if you wanna give me the more indepth explanation would love to read I also am in the medical field (yeah, yeah I should know better but got great opportunity at last minute was able to put off for 3 weeks) Mad that I caved those two times but what can you do. Thanks for all your help

okay did dilution trial run and tested negative on home test hopefully it gets me under the 15 needed!!! Guess we will wait and see!

A 15 ng cutoff on a GC/MS is basically the same as a 50 ng cutoff for an insant test.
