Hey,

I have a urine test coming up on July 7th, I weigh 120 pounds (18yrs old) and I am not very active, but I do take karate and I can start swimming in the pool starting June 29th (tomorrow). I smoked a very little last Friday, a lot the day before (June 22nd) and I haven't smoked since. Except for a cigarette. I haven't been smoking pot for too long, I believe I started in the middle of May and I smoked a bit each weekend about. I have used a homemade vaporizer, bowl and joint and a homemade bong. Will I be able to pass the urine test at the place?

Please help!

Go to your local drug store (pharmacy) and purchase an at home drug test.(about $15.00) Test your very first pee of the day and, if you pass that, you should be o.k. on test day. If you test positive on the home test, follow the dilution directions posted in the "dilution sticky" from N2 or S2 at the top of the drug testing forum.

Good luck and, please, post your test results, good or bad, so others may benifit.

Any suggestions besides dilution to help lower the chance? Also, can I smoke cigarettes?

Best suggestion that I can give is stay clean, work out to produce a good sweat (quit 3 days before test day), eat plenty of red meats or creatine suppliment, and CONTINUE to read the posts.

Cigarettes will have no affect on the drug screen! Although, I would suggest you quit them as well.

I just found out the urine is going to be tested with a dipstick. What should I do?
