Best buy will be testing me within the next week. I smoked last night 6-30 and I think the test will be around the 5-7th of july. I plan to run and excercise tarting sunday. I cant afford any detox, but I hear they dont work anyway.
Any other general tips, what works, what doesn't?

Without a more detailed history of your marijuana use it is impossible to predict the outcome of your drug test. If you are a daily smoker, a week isn't enough time to get naturally clean. You don't want to exercise for the three days before your test: it releases fat-stored THC metabolites into your bloodstream.

The only way to know when you're clean enough to pass a test is to test yourself at home. You can get THC tests at drugstores for $15 - $20 each. You can get them in batches of 10 from sellers on eBay for $2 each. If you pass a home test with the first part of the first pee of the day, you're home free.

So-called "detox" products are an expensive (and unreliable) way to do the same thing as our dilution techniques. If you can't pass a home test, try a dilution protocol and test again. If you can't pass with a dilution technique you'll have to go to substitution.
