Please everyone. If you are posting a question or a reply to someone else's question, take the time to read it back to yourself before hitting that "submit" button. If it is insulting, then re-write it or delete it entirely and start over.

Picture yourself as someone who has never before read a word on this forum. Do you really want the very first post that a new member or a visitor reads to be some stupid little snipe you wrote to the person who, in your opinion has posted an inaccurate or insulting reply?

I would like to see everyone talk to one another as we would want spoken to ourselves. No one likes to be told flat out that their info sucks or that their opinion is stupid. If you disagree with something, then say so; just refrain from insulting the person who's opinion or facts you are disputing.

This is an "Adult" forum. Lets all try to act like adults here. I haven't heard so much nit-picking since I had 4 teenagers in the same household.
The way you all are speaking to one another reminds me of how my kids and my step kids used to go at each other with the rivalry, all trying to be top dog in the litter. It was not pretty then and it's getting pretty ugly now.

Those of you who have an ongoing dispute, settle it or forget it. Start over and be civil.
