I'm about 6'3 200lbs and smoke about 7grams a day.I have untill August 8th (4weeks)befor I take my test is their a good chance i could pass if i just start exercising and drinking alot of fluids up until the day of the test

If you abstain and exercise regularly (but stop about 3-4 days before your test), there is a good chance you can pass but not definitely. Buy some home tests from ebay to use as you get closer.

A quarter ounce a day is a pretty hefty habit. While the average daily smoker takes 30 days to get clean, you smoke 7 - 14 times as much as the average joint-a-day smoker. It would probably take you considerably longer.

The only way to know when you're clean enough to pass a test is to test yourself at home. You can get THC tests at drugstores for $15 - $20 each. You can get them in batches of 10 from sellers on eBay for $2 each. If you pass a home test with the first part of the first pee of the day, you're home free.

If not, try a dilution protocol and test again. If you can't pass with a dilution technique you'll have to go to substitution.

I suggest using the Whizzinator my friend. It helped me. I abstained for 26 days and still failed the home test. Don't risk it Substitution is the best way if you can pull it off.

thanks for the advice everyone unfortanetly i cant substitute my tests are observed i think my best bet is to stay clean and keep exercising but im definately gonna dilute when it comes time.
