I quit smoking 27 days ago. I took my first home test from Walgreen's this morning, first void of morning, no water, no dilution, nothing. The line was very faint but it was negative.

I don't have to pee until the last week of July for a pre-employ. I'm going to continue abstaining, exercising, etc.

I'm buying some home tests off of ebay to continue monitoring my progress. I'm a bit concerned whether my urine sample would be able to sustain a Quest lab test.

What do you think of my chances for passing the last week of July? Thanks for all your help.

Have to say, I'm feeling better than I've felt recently with this first preliminary result.

If you are passing now and continue to abstain from smoking you will have no problem passing any kind of UA at the end of the month.

Thanks, Buzzby, I'm starting to feel better. If this offers any encouragement to others out there, I'm about 30 pounds overweight, low metab, and smoked about 2 to 4 one hits a day. I've been on/off for the past year because I've been looking for a job. I was smoking the aforementioned amount daily for about 1.5 months until I was given the opportunity to reapply for this job, after failing with two neg dilutes thanks to crap I bought off the Internet last year. I was surprised but very pleased with this morning's result. I was worried about my body fat. I will continue to monitor myself up until I test later this month.
