I'd just as soon pay for a detox drink then dink around mixing a bunch of OTC medicines and aspirin and stuff together to hope that I somehow put together the right equation. There's nothing wrong with that, im just not a DIYer..

The dilution program we talk about here is more effective than any detox drink I've seen because we begin creatine loading three days before the projected test date. The creatine in the detox drinks that you take immediately before a test doesn't have time to metabolize into the creatinine that the verification check registers.

I'd much rather spend $10 for something more effective instead of $30 - 100 for something less effective.

You don't have to hope you put the dilution protocol components together in the right equation. The instructions are quite explicit.
