So... pre-employment drug test Monday, July 10. took 1 hit out of a bowl on July 4. took a few bong rips on the 2nd and 3rd. Haven't smoked since the fourth. I'd say I'm a light to moderate smoker (every few days I'll sit in on a session).

I found out on thursday that I have to test at 8 am monday. I ran on an eliptical for 45 minutes last night night (July 6) and burned 700 calories. I did it again this morning, and I plan to do it twice more today so I burn 2100 calories plus the 700 last night. I have been eating light to keep burning fat but hopefully not spike my metabolism before the test. I'm going to stop working out tommorrow and remain sedentary until the test so I don't release any extra metabolites.

My big question is about how to best dilute. I've read N2's extremely helpful dilution and aspirin advice, but I have also purchased a "cleansing product" from GNC. It's called Strip; It's a 32 once drink with a shitton of creatine and B-vitamins and something called Psyllerol - "an exclusive proprietary formula of psyllium, carbs, and vitamins. Psyllerol enables the body to expel toxins at an extremely high rate." It sounds to me like the Psyllerol might serve the same purpose as aspirin, because the drink contains Cascara Sagrada Bark.

The Strip brand drink doesn't seem to do anything about increasing specific gravity, and I don't think drinking its creatine the morning of the test would give enough time to metabolize it into creatinine, so I plan to eat salt and rolaids that morning and load up on creatine 1-2 days before the test. Should I take the Strip stuff? Is it worth it for all the B vitamins and the Psyllerol? If I do take it, should I also take aspirin? Money is not really an issue here - the 50 bucks for the drink doesn't really compare to the money I'll make at this job. I just want the best chance possible to pass this test. Finally, what do you think my chances are?
