Curious about the faint line

I read a lot about "faint lines" on the old dip stick indicating a negative THC result. I, too, did my first home test with a first morning void and got a faint line this week after 27 days of abstaining, indicating a negative result. (My pre-employ UA is scheduled for the end of this month.)

Does a very faint line mean that you still have some THC left in your system? Does that line get more distinct the longer you've been off pot?

If you are getting a faint line with your first urine of the day, then you should be able to pass a UA from the employer with no problem.

That is the theory, that the faintness of the line corresponds to the amount of THC in your system. If there is any sort of a line at all, even what appears to be a ghost line, then you probably are below the 50 ng/mL cutoff level for most employer tests.

In another 20 days or so you should be able to pass a UA any time of the day. No worries for you if you continue to abstain from using the pot.

I will continue too abstain. My ua test is sometime during the week of July 24. So I should be okay, right?
