Hello all, long time reader, first time poster. I appreciate you reading this along with the 2000+ other posts similar to mine.

I just took a UA today for a pre-employment process today. I used to smoke pretty regularly up until a couple months ago. In the last two weeks I have smoked twice. Those two times consisted of 1 hit from a water bong, each about 1 week apart from each other. Nothing massive either, just enough to get a little buzz. The last hit being exactly a week from today.

I'm 6'0, 180lbs, pretty fast metabolism, and I eat a nice unhealthy high caloric diet.

This morning I had around 3 glasses of water about 4-5 hours prior to the test. That's normal for me actually, I drink a lot of water. And I took a Centrum vitamin like I do daily as well. I had a can of mountain dew a few hours later. I went to take the test and found it necessary to drink some more water, at their instruction, due to me not being able to "perform" in their alloted time. I was able to provide a sample after drinking about 3 little plastic cups of water.
The urine was a good yellow color. It's not often I examine mine at home in a cup, but it looked normal, maybe a little lighter.

Am I looking at a fail or dillution diagnosis? Of course, the paranoia will destroy ya.

If you have only smoked twice in 2 months I think you have a good chance of passing.

Ditto that. You definetly did not drink too much fluid. There will be no way, if your description of the fluid intake was accurate, that you will receive a diluted result. As for your THC levels, Probably, if you were clean before 2 weeks ago and only took one hit per week before the test AND your last toke was 7 days before the test.....You should be able to pass.

Consider yourself reassured.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the feed back and reassurance. I'm just going to practice some self control until Monday when the results come back and play it safe. No need to ruin a good thing going by giving in to the urge this weekend.

A one time usage after being totally clean takes the average person 2-5 days to clean out. I agree with 1toke and Sec you sound like you are good to go.
