| What, if any, are good foods to help burn up those fat cells. I am running every day and have a test in 10 days. |

| Blik -- read through the information about taking the urine tests -- you will see that what you wan to do prior to your test ( about 3 or 4 days before -- is increase the amoutn of fats and oils you are eating so that your blood level of oils and fats increases. THC metabolite -- what are being tested for in your urine -- love to bind up with oils and fats -- and they will store in your body during those important testing days when you want to flush out whatever metabolites might be hanging out in your kidneys -- PRIOR to being pee-pee- tested. | Thanks for responses. I know that a few days before the test I want to eat some fatty foods but I am wondering what I should be eating before those days. High fiber? |
