Subbing and Quick Fix 4.0

I will be taking a drug test for pre. employment purposes. I have two questions. Is there any way for them to tell if you are using quick fix.... And is there any chance that I will be observed while taking the test?

Quick Fix won't be detected and usually pre-employment test aren't observed.
