|  night before the test, wat preparations?? aright boys, i'm going with the dilution method. . i got my aspirins and b 2 ready with a gallon of gatorade, 3 bottles of water, and a bottle of cranberry juice. I drank a weeks worth of creatine and dont plan on working out tomorrow. . .wat should my nighttime strategy be?? and how early should i get up to do all this. . thanks a lot everyone, u guys are life savers. |

| To go with the true dilution method (and not just drinking everything liquid in site), you need to start a minimum of 3 hours before the test. Read the dilution sticky and follow the quantities and time frame exactly. It is all in the first post of N2's dilution sticky or S2's sticky. Either one will work. Read it for yourself. |
