Hey guys, I gotta test at the NIH which sucks cause I hear govt jobs test for a smaller amount for positive result. Anyhow, I been smokin 2-3 time sa week these past 2 months, before that, i smokd every day multiple times for 4 years( we are... penn state! lol) anyhow, I know being a biochem major that exercisin raises your metabolism, I been runnin and liftin weights atleast 5 time sa week for hte past 2 months wiht my moderate use. What do you guys think about detoxify brand ready clean? I weigh 200 lbs and plan on running tonight since I smoked today. Any accounts of prior experience, with this product, whether good or bad is greatly appreciated. Oh yea, the test is Thursday, which is over 48 hours away.

All of these products work by dilution. If your THC metabolite level is too high, dilution won't work. All dilution methods require a minimum of 48 hours of abstinence to be effective. Detox products do not convert THC metabolites into something that can't be detected, as they'd like you to believe. They do not remove THC metabolites from your body. Because they work by dilution, detox drinks can fail if the concentration of THC metabolites is too high. Drinking a lot of fluids makes you pee a lot, reducing the concentration of THC metabolites in your blood. They'll be restored from that stored in fatty tissue but eventually they'll all leach out if you don't smoke. Drinking a reasonable amount of fluids shortly before your test will dilute your urine, lowering the concentration of THC metabolites. If you dilute too much it will spoil the test and you'll be retested or failed. The aspects of dilution techniques other than drinking fluids are to make dilute urine appear to be less dilute. At high concentrations of THC metabolites it is not possible to dilute enough without diluting too much.

You should cease exercising and go into fat-storing mode three days before your UA. Burning fat releases stored THC metabolites into your bloodstream. From there they will show up in your urine.
