i read that thing about taking 4 aspirin and those b12 pills, before the test.

anyway

in the beginning it says "

but.. i have my test tomorrow. will i still be okay?


and also, does niasin work?

ive drank 2 litres of water, 1.5 litres of cran berry juice. and my test is tomorrow at 1.

does that method with the aspirin and stuff really work? how does aspirin help you pass?

You should have given yourself at least72 hrs. to get clean but keep up the cranberry juice and a few ibuprophen here and there and you should be alright also water but not an over abundance or your test will be diludted for some reason ibuprophen shows up on some test as a positive for marijuana I had it happen to me once no big deal just ask to be retested as your sure the ibuprophen you took is giving you a false positive,most of the time they will let it pass,but if hired you might be subject to more testing than others,but just till they are satisfied you are clean,that gives you some kind of schedule about when they test,thats not to safe though considering the tests are random. I would in the future give yourself 72 hrs. before testing,If you have prescription drugs you are using make sure they are aware of that fact,so they know what to rule out,white grape juice works very well also,hope I was of a little assistance.

The step you quoted says "time permitting" so that is the answer to that question and all the other questions you asked, the answers are in the sticky. There is also a stickie called "Read before dilution" which should be read before dilution.

do not take ibubrofen!! take asprin 2 hours before test. dilute right before test (3 hours)... doing it now does nothing. if you dilute enough and have enough creatine in your system you should be fine
