Hello,
I have been a chronic smoker for years. Over the past year I have been hittin up on some primo bud morning, noon and night.

I am going to test around the 24th of July. I slowed down since the 25th with just a couple of hits on the 26th 27th and 28th.

Since then I have stopped cold turkey.

I am in my mid forties, 6ft and weigh 230 pounds.

Over the past week or so I went from a virtual couch potato to exercizing each day by swimming.

What do you think my chances are?

I will home test on the 20th day (first void) to see where I stand.

But like everyone else around here I wanna get a feel for my chances.

I am guessing you are a great candidate for substitution or dilution. You might be able to dilute but most chronic smokers need a month or more to get clean. No offense but you sound like you are carrying a little extra weight so that puts you near the high end of the time frame to get clean. It sounds like you would not pass without some help from either dilution or sub.

I'm a plus-sized gal and was testing clean after 27 days with a very faint line. I've cut down on my intake in the past year, but even then, I was mostly doing 2-4 one hits daily, usually in the evening. I was surprised that I turned up neg after 27 days, because of what I've read about slow metabs and body fat. (I'm getting solid lines on my home tests now).

I take it that you quit at June. I think you're cutting it close. Maybe a "family emergency" or something could come up so you could prolong your 7/24 test to the end of that week or the week after.

It sounds like you're going about it the right way with you're exercising. If you do have to dilute with the instructions posted here, I'd invest now in some home tests off of ebay, as well as some medical specimen validation strips that test for gravity, creatine, etc., that you can read about under "Read before using dilution" sticky. Just google medical specimen validation strips to find online vendors. This is all just in case you don't want to sub but experiement in dilution to find a forumula that works for you. You have time to get all this stuff.

I appreciate all of the help that I am receiving from all of you so far.
I am doing a temp test now as we speak.
Trying to see how well my fat ass will warm this bottle.
Is a 3 ounce sample enough?
Are we all in agreement that pre-employment tests are not supervised?

I guess there is something to say about having a fat ass.

I took my practice bottle that was at room temp and put it the magic spot for 30 minutes. Then I used a digital therm. to test the temp.
It made it up to a whooping 91 degrees! Now I pissed in the bottle and placed it back in its place. Wanting to see how well I can maintain it.

If heated first my wife can maintain a 94 to 96 degree range by the ol money maker
