I am a 5'8 female weighing in at about 140 pounds..my metabolism is pretty average.

I smoked daily for about two years until May 10, 2006--two weeks before I was put on probation. I have smoked three times since being on probation--May 26th, June 1st, and June 18th. I did an Herba-cleanse detoxifying thing that I purchased from GNC before my last probation visit (a month ago) because I suspected I would get tested then, of course I wasn't. I have my first urine test tomorrow (I know because it is my last probation appointment), and I have done nothing to prepare for it. Any suggestions? I would appreciate them greatly

Run out and get a home test and you will know where you stand.

You are only 6 days short of the average clean out time. do what 1toke said and you will know for sure, use your first void of the day. But with your smoking spread out over your given time period it sounds like you should be fine, maybe a mild dillution if necceasary.

Ok I asked my wife and she said it is necessary, so I have been corrected. I am not saying I will spell it that way next time but stranger things have happened
